How do belt sizes work?
At the moment of purchase you will have to provide us with your waist measurement in centimetres. This will allow us to produce a belt tailored on you. For measurements over 120 cm please contact us for specific requests.
Which are the shipping costs?
Sùccinta offers free shipping by express courier who will deliver the product directly to the address you indicated when purchasing. The belt will be delivered with the special box Sùccinta, as a guarantee of originality and high quality.
How long does it take for a belt to be realized?
Since any belt is unique and realized on purpose for you, 12 working days are needed for the product to be ready for shipping. You will receive the product within 24-72 hours according to the final destination.
What is the promotional code?
The promotional code allows you to get particular discounts on the price. It will be required at the moment of purchase in the section "payments".
What about the guarantee of the product?
The product is guaranteed 12 months in case of production faults but not in the case that the Swarovskis come off. In any case we provide some extra Swarovskis as an additional supply inside the wrapping.
